Journalists are increasingly using computer code to find and tell stories. From web development to investigative journalism to graphics, the ability to code is a core skill — and one that is far more fun than people think.

Our approach is to teach coding for and through the world of journalism storytelling — in fact the learning metaphors and projects are critically important. It also makes this a great gateway to coding for students who are oriented towards writing, design and other creative fields.
