Essentials of publication advising for beginning advisers, and career enhancements for experienced advisers, are provided.
Current trends and basic principles in yearbook, newspaper and news magazine design and production will be addressed, as will planning, coordinating with a yearbook company or printer, developing an editorial policy, budgets, and job descriptions.
Learn tips for selecting staff members, providing reporting, writing, and theme development instruction, working with photos and photographers, and understanding legal and ethical issues.
